Task Force Investigation Leads to Arrests

OTTUMWA-On Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at approximately 6:45 a.m., officers from the Wapello County Sheriff’s Department, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Ottumwa Police Department, and the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force executed search warrants at residences in Agency, Iowa and Eldon, Iowa.

The residence that was searched in Agency was located at 118 W. Main Street, the residence of Matthew Mullikin.  Mullikin, age 26, was arrested and charged with the following  offenses:

  • 3 Counts of Delivery of Marijuana, a Class “D” Felonies.
  • Possession With the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, a Class “D” Felony
  • Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class “D” Felony

The residence that was searched in Eldon was located at 606 Church Street, the residence of Justin Kildow.  Kildow, age 35, was arrested and charged with the following  offenses:

  • 4 Counts of Delivery of Marijuana, a Class “D” Felonies.
  • Possession With the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, a Class “D” Felony
  • Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class “D” Felony
