We find ourselves in the winter season once again.  Unfortunately, that means the possibility of troublesome weather which can cause dangerous road conditions and affect getting to work and school.  This week we take a look back at a particularly bad winter storm in Ottumwa.  It came in 1931 and left the town at a stand still.
