OTTUMWA – Joshua Howard Moore, 45, of 422 N. Weller St. died at 3:45 a.m. February 11, 2017 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
He was born February 10, 1972 in Ottumwa to James Jesse “Jim” and Lois Elaine Hute Moore. He married Tami Kraber on July 4, 1994 and they later divorced. To them two sons were born.
A graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1991, he had worked at Excel, Sonic, Courtney’s Car Crushing, Sugar Creek Stables and at the Can Redemption recycling center.
Surviving are three sons, Todd (Kassidy) Moore, Austin Moore and Joshua Gavin Damerval-Moore, all of Ottumwa; a grandson, Weston Moore; his partner, Julie Damerval; sisters and brothers, Shannon Blaine of Ottumwa, Kaylee (Bob) Forsythe of Belknap, Mitchell (Iris) Moore of Lebanon Junction, KY, Doyle (Debi) Moore of Ottumwa and his twin, Jennifer (Sam) Long of Ottumwa; a sister-in-law, Karen Moore of Ottumwa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Mark Moore and a brother-in-law, Larry Blaine.
His body has been cremated. A luncheon and time to celebrate his life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Izaak Walton League.
