Toby Lee Weber, was born September 15, 1988 in Ottumwa, IA to Mark and Tycene “Smith” Weber. Toby grew up in the Batavia area and attended school at Cardinal, graduating with the class of 2007. Toby enjoyed spending time with his friends playing video games, and listening to music. He treasured his time with his cousins; Stefany Snyder, AJ Rachford, Charlie Rachford, and Frank Smith. They were like a sister and brothers to him. He was always so proud of his great cousins. Toby had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that would fill it. He will be deeply missed by his family, and those lucky enough to call him friend.
Left to honor Toby’s memory are his parents, Mark and Tycene Weber of Batavia, IA; grandparents, Steve and Karen Smith of Batavia, and Larry and Joyce Weber of Ollie, IA. As well as many extended family and friends.
