OTTUMWA-The Greater Ottumwa Convention + Visitors Bureau has partnered with 12 locally owned restaurants for the first-ever Ottumwa Restaurant Week being held Monday, March 6 through Sunday, March 12.
The promotion will celebrate unique local fare by participating restaurants offering special menu options and great deals throughout the week. Participating restaurants will offer a fixed price menu for two-person lunch at $15 and two-person dinner at $20. Restaurants may also offer additional specials such as a free appetizer, dessert, or a glass of wine with the purchase of an entrée. Diners do not need tickets or special passes to participate in Ottumwa Restaurant Week.
“I encourage people to come out and enjoy Ottumwa Restaurant Week,” said Abby Kisling with the Greater Ottumwa Convention + Visitors Bureau. “It is the perfect time to celebrate local dining whether you pick a different place to eat or try a new dish.”
