OTTUMWA-The American Gothic Performing Arts Festival will host its fifth annual spring Trivia Night on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Hotel Ottumwa to benefit the organization’s upcoming summer festival.
Teams of 10 people each will compete in 10 rounds of general knowledge trivia with 10 questions per round. Prizes will be awarded to the top-scoring teams and teams may also enter a 50/50 cash raffle during select rounds. Trivia categories will include such topics sports, movies and current events.
Competitors may register as a team of 10 or as individuals. Individual competitors will join other individual competitors to create their team of 10.
The cost for the event is $25 for single tickets and $250 for a table or team of 10 registering together.
The event ticket includes complimentary beer, wine, pizza and snacks happy hour 7:00-7:30 p.m. Trivia competition begins promptly at 7:30 p.m.

The American Gothic Performing Arts Festival is an educationally-based non-profit organization celebrating the performing arts during their annual summer festival. This June 9-23 the organization will present Little Shop of Horrors, Carousel – A Concert, and an operatic adaptation of Jack and the Beanstalk.
