HCBS PROGRAM DIRECTOR- This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package including health, dental and life insurance, retirement plan and vision insurance. QUALIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALS: High School Diploma, Bachelor of Arts Degree (Preferred), Minimum 1 year experience working with persons with disabilities, 1 year experience in the delivery, planning, coordination or administration of human services, Experience with Home and Community Based Services (Intellectual Disabilities, Brain Injury, CDAC and Habilitation). Background in basic computer skills with MS Office. The HCBS Program Director is responsible for the delivery of quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Community Based Services site.  This person will oversee all services at the assigned sites.  This include writing quality Individualized service plans to meet the individual’s needs; teaching this skill; problem solving and making appropriate decisions relevant to the program needs; effective annual budget management, hiring and firing of employees, and responding as needed to emergencies in all services. Travel for this position will be commensurate with the duties to be performed for the agency and the delivery of services to the member. REQUIREMENTS: Acceptable Criminal and Dependent Adult/Child Abuse Background Checks, Must have a Valid Driver License, or the ability to obtain one.
