Knowledge and experience of network administration and troubleshooting, design and deployment. Experience in the use of the most current technologies and products used in the industry. Ability to travel. Must have access to a telephone. Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without restrictions and pass pre-employment physical. Must have valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance as required by the State of Iowa, and be insurable under Tenco’s insurance.

HCBS PROGRAM DIRECTOR- This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package including health, dental and life insurance, retirement plan and vision insurance. Background in basic computer skills with MS Office. The HCBS Program Director is responsible for the delivery of quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Community Based Services site.  This person will oversee all services at the assigned sites.  This include writing quality Individualized service plans to meet the individual’s needs; teaching this skill; problem solving and making appropriate decisions relevant to the program needs; effective annual budget management, hiring and firing of employees, and responding as needed to emergencies in all services. Travel for this position will be commensurate with the duties to be performed for the agency and the delivery of services to the member. REQUIREMENTS: Acceptable Criminal and Dependent Adult/Child Abuse Background Checks, Must have a Valid Driver License, or the ability to obtain one.
